Clamp Ductwork

Clamp Ductwork

Clamp Ductwork clips together significantly faster than spiral or flanged systems to cut labor time.

It uses 5 foot pipes with rolled ends and fully welded seams and available in galvanized steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel, with standard 20 and 22 gauge and heavy duty options to 14 gauge and beyond for abrasive applications.

Standard 22 and 20 gauge, with heavy gauge options to 14 gauge and beyond for abrasive applications.

You get a full lineup of bends, branches, adapters, dampers, hoods, hose, clamps, valves, and hangers, so you can clean, change, and reuse your system whenever your shop layout shifts. Sizes available from 3″ to 24″ diameter.

KB Duct Forever Clamp standard Buna-N gasket is rated to 250Β°F; red silicone gasket option extends to 475Β°F. Stainless steel pipe (304SS / 316SS) is rated to 1100Β°F on both systems β€” gasket selection becomes the limiting factor at elevated temperatures. Both systems made in USA. Who This Is For

Clamp-style ductwork is the right choice for any new dust collection system installation or existing system that needs to be modified, expanded, or relocated. Common applications we see in Indiana facilities include:
  • New dust collection installations where fast assembly and future flexibility matter
  • Woodworking, metal fabrication, and grinding shops adding or rerouting duct runs
  • Facilities that frequently reconfigure equipment layouts and need ductwork that moves with them
  • High-temperature applications requiring stainless steel pipe and upgraded gaskets
  • Operations replacing older slip-fit or flanged ductwork that leaks or is difficult to modify
  • Any facility that wants a leak-tight, tool-friendly duct system that two people can install without a sheet metal contractor

Problems This Solves

  • Eliminates duct leakage that reduces airflow and collection efficiency at the hood
  • Cuts installation time compared to traditional flanged or slip-fit ductwork
  • Makes future layout changes and additions fast without cutting or fabricating new sections
  • Handles high-temperature exhaust with stainless pipe and silicone or Viton gasket options
  • Reduces long-term maintenance by eliminating sheet metal screws, tape, and sealant that fail over time
  • Supports NFPA 654 compliant dust collection system design with tight, inspectable connections
