Temperature ratings vary by gasket material. Nordfab QF galvanized steel is rated to 390°F continuous service; silicone gasket option extends to 400°F and ePTFE to 600°F. KB Duct Forever Clamp standard Buna-N gasket is rated to 250°F; red silicone gasket option extends to 475°F. Stainless steel pipe (304SS / 316SS) is rated to 1100°F on both systems — gasket selection becomes the limiting factor at elevated temperatures. Both systems made in USA.
