Mist Collection at the Source
Oil mist and coolant mist from CNC lathes, mills, and grinders don’t just foul the air they coat machines, create slip hazards on floors, and over time damage unprotected electrical components. The right answer is source capture: pulling contaminated air directly from the machine enclosure before it disperses into the shop.
AGET’s MISTKOP® collectors do exactly that. Contaminated air is drawn through compressed fiberglass coalescing media by an integral exhauster motor. The mist is captured and drains directly back to the machine’s coolant reservoir for reuse no waste, no mess. Units hang directly at the spindle or mount inverted for floor applications.
For operations generating both chips and mist screw machines, turning centers, multi-spindle work, the DUSTKOP Chip-Mist series adds a cyclone pre-separator ahead of the coalescing stage, knocking out the heavy chip load before it reaches the filter media.

For chrome plating, anodizing, hard chrome, or any application generating hexavalent chromium mist, the AGET MISTKOP is not the right tool — and neither is any standard coalescing collector. Those environments require
